Akut açlığın bazı statik ve dinamik solunum fonksiyon testlerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, akut açlığın solunum fonksiyon testlerine etkisi araştırıldı. Çalışmamızda 13 sağlıklı kadın denek kullanıldı. Açlık öncesi ve 12 saat açlık sonrası VC, MVV ve FVC manevraları ile elde edilen solunum fonksiyon testleri spirometre için (Amerika Solunum Derneği) ATS tavsiyelerine uygun olarak yapıldı. 12 saat açlıktan sonra FVC, FIVC, VC ve MVV önemli ölçüde azaldı (p<0.05). Diğer parametreler önemli ölçüde etkilenmedi. Açlık öncesi ve 12 saat açlık sonrası arasındaki farklar Wilcoxon eşleştirilmiş iki örnek testi kullanılarak hesaplandı. P<0.05 anlamlı kabul edildi. Sonuç olarak bu veriler akut açlığın bazı solunum fonksiyon test parametrelerini hafifçe düşürdüğünü gösteriyor.

In this study, It were investigated effect of acute fastin g on the respiratory function tests. In our study, it were used 13 healthy women subjecys . The respiratory fun ction tests were mad e with ve, MVV and FVe maneu vers to be agreeable the American Thoracic Society (ATS) recommendations for spiro meters be fore the fast and after a 12-h fast . Aft er a 12- h fast Fve, FlVC, ve ve MVV decreased significantly (p<O.05). The other parameters weren't affected significantly. Th e significa nce of differences bet ween before the fast and after a 12-h fast were calculated by usin g a pa ired Wilcoxon test. Significance was acc epted at the p<O.05 level. In co nclusion, these data indi cate that a 12-h fast decreases slightly some respiratory fun ction tests parameters.
