Holmium lazer ile üreterosel içi taşa yaklaşım: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Üreterosel, intravezikal submukozal segmentteki malformasyonun sonucu olarak distal üreterde gelişen kistik dilatasyondur. Üreteral atoni, dar üreter orifisi ve idrar göllenmesi nedeniyle bu olgularda taş oluşumu izlenebilir. Hastaların üçte biri üreteroselle ilişkili taş hastalığı ile başvururlar. Endoskopik girişimler üreterosel için ilk basamak yaklaşımdır. Bizde bu olguda komplike üreteroseli olan 24 yaşındaki kadın hastaya holmium lazer ile yaklaşımımızı literatür eşliğinde sunmayı planladık

Ureterocele is a cystic dilatation of distal part of the ureter as a result of the intravesical submucosal malformation. Ureteral atony, stenotic ureteral orifice and stagnation of urine in ureterocele precipitate stone formation. A third of all patients present with associated stone disease. Endoscopy has been suggested as first-line management of ureterocele. In this case report , we aimed to present the management of a 24-year-old patient with complicated ureterocele using holmium laser
