Primer Spontan Pnömomediastinum: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Giriş: Spontan pnömomediastinum, herhangi bir tetikleyici sebep veya travma olmaksızın mediasten içinde hava bulunması olarak tarif edilir. Oldukça nadir görülen klinik bir durumdur. Olgu Sunumu: Acil servisimize, yakınları tarafından psikolojik problemleri olduğu söylenerek getirilen boğazda tıkanıklık hissi, nefes alamama ve göğüs ağrısı şikayetleri olan ve spontan pnömomediastinum tanısı konulan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Sonuç: Konversif reaksiyonlarda, sistemik muayene oldukça önemlidir ve göğüs ağrısı ve nefes darlığının ayırıcı tanısında spontan pnömomediastinum mutlaka düşünülmesi gerekir.

Introduction: Spontaneous pneumomediastinum, without any triggers cause or trauma is described as finding air in the mediastinum and this is a rare clinical situation.Case report: Our emergency room, said to be close by psychological problems brought the feeling of congestion in the throat, inability to breathe and chest pain complaints, which present a case with the diagnosis of spontaneous pnömomediastinum.Conclusion: systemic examination is very important in conversif reactions. In the differential diagnosis of chest pain and dyspnea, spontaneous pneumomediastinum should always be considered
