Kanama ile Başvuran Bir Munchausen Sendromu Olgusu

Abstract

Munchausen sendromlu olgular, bedensel hastalık semptomlarını yapay olarak oluşturan ve hekimleri yanıltmaya çalışan hastalardır. Tanılarının zor ve tedavilerinin güç olmaları nedeniyle erken tanınmaları önem arz eder. Bu yazıda acil servise sürekli kanama ile başvuran ve Munchausen sendromu olduğunu düşündüğümüz bir olgu sunulmuştur.

Munchausen syndrome cases are characterized by making up false symptoms to mislead the physicians. Early diagnosis of the sickness is essential due to the difficulty of its diagnosis and treatment.
