Öngermeli Betonlar ve Özelliklerinin Teorik Olarak Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öngerilmeli betonlar ve özelliklerinin teorik olarak araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Günümüzde betonun değişik alanlarda kullanma ihtiyacının ortaya çıkması, beton teknolojisinde bazı gelişmelerin yaşanmasına neden olmuştur. Bu gelişmelerden birisi de öngerilmeli betonların üretilmesidir. Öngerilmeli betonlar, yüksek dayanımlı beton ile yüksek dayanımı, haddelenmiş, yüksek elastik sınırlı çelik donatıların bir arada kullanılmasıyla elde edilen, çeliğe yapay olarak verilen gerilmenin aderans yoluyla betona iletilmesiyle kesitte oluşacak çekme gerilmelerinin yok edilmesi işlemi olarak tanımlanabilir. Öngerme sistemi ve tekniği; kimyasal öngerilme, önçekim ve ardçekim olmak üzere üç başlık altında sınıflandırılabilmektedir. Öngerilmeli betonlar; yüksek kaliteli çelik ve betonun beraber kullanılmasıyla ağırlığın azaltılarak büyük açıklıkların ekonomik olarak geçilebilmesi, kesitin bütün yüksekliğinin çalışmasını sağlayarak narin ve cazip elemanlar yapmayı, iç kuvvetlerin istenilen durumda olmasını sağlayarak sehimleri istenilen mertebede tutabilmeyi ve çatlama durumuna hakim olabilme gibi bir çok avantaj sağlamaktadır. Öngerilmeli beton, köprüler, viyadükler, kazıklar, zemin ankrajları, silolar, dini yapılar, barajlar, spor tesisleri, konser salonları, demiryolu beton traversleri, yapı elemanlarında kullanılmaktadır. In the study, the prestressed concrete and its features are studied theorically. At present, a need to use the concrete at different areas has come up. Therefore that has caused some developments in the technology of concrete one of these developments is productıon of the prestressed concrete. The prestressed concrete may be defined as a process that the tensile stress, will appear on section, annihilated by that stress, which its high strenght are milled by the hight strength, made up by using steel equipments with high elastic limit and mixed with the steel as artificial, conducts the concrete by adherence. The system and technic of prestressed are classified under three topics as the chemical prestressed, the pro-tensioned, the post-tensioned. The prestressed concrete provides many advantanges in that great precisions can closure as economic by reducing the height with using together the high steel and concrete, that slight and convenient are made up by providing working all height of the sections, that deflections can keep at intended level by providing that internal forces are at intended sitution, that the split can be prevented. The prestressed concrete is used in constructions as bridges, viaducts, columns, ground anchors, silos, religious constructions, dams, sport complexes, concert halls, railroad ties.
