Afyonkarahisar İli Mevcut Kent İçi Ulaşım Planı İçerisinde Raylı Sistem Kullanılabilirliğinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Kentleşme kavramının hayatımıza girmesinden bu yana pek çok sorunla karşı karşıya kalmaktayız.Bunların en önemlilerinden biriside trafik sorunudur.Kentlerde yaşayan insanlar hızlı, konforlu ve ekolojik dengeye zarar vermeyecek taşıma sistemlerine ihtiyaç duymakta ve bunlara uygun ulaştırma politikalarının geliştirilmesini istemektedirler.Afyonkarahisar ili de gelişmekte olan illerimizdendir ve mevcut durumda bir yenileme yapılmazsa yakın gelecekte diğer gelişmekte olan illerdeki gibi trafik problemiyle karşılaşacaktır.Bu sorunu yaşamamak içinde çeşitli alternatif geliştirme çalışmaları yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışma Afyonkarahisar ili kent içi ulaşımında tramvay kullanılabilirliğinin araştırılması amacıyla yapılmıştır.Öncelikle ilin nüfus,sosyo-ekonomik hareketleri ve mevcut trafik durumu incelenmiştir.Bölgeleme yapılmış, bölgeler arası yolcu talebi belirlenmiş ve istatistiksel metotlar kullanılarak önümüzdeki 15 yıl için projeksiyon çalışmaları yapılmıştır.Kentin yapısına ve yolcu taleplerine uygun olarak tramvay sistemi hazırlanmış,bu sisteme ait hatlar belirlenmiş,işletme ve maliyet analizi yapılmıştır.Sonuç olarak tramvay sisteminin sağlayacağı sosyal ve ekonomik yaralar belirlenmiştir.

We have been confronted with many problems since the urbanization concept come to our life.One of the most important one is traffic problem.People who live in the cities need for the transport system which is fast , comfortable and not harmful to the ecological balance and they want the development of these transport politics are suitable.Afyonkarahisar is one of the developing cities and if there is no replacement in present conditions then it will face with traffic problem like the other developing cities in the near future.Some alternative improvement studies should be done not to face with this problem. This study has been made to make research about the usage of trolley in the area of Afyonkarahisar citiy.First of all present condition of traffic and population and socio-economic acts of the city has been studied.Dividing in the zones has been made, passanger demond between the zones has been determined and projection studies has been made for coming 15 years by using statistics methods.Trolley system has been prepared according to the suitability of passanger demond and city construction ,lines which belong to this system are determined ,the analysis of administrating and cost has been made.As a result, social and economic benefits of the trolley system has been determined.
