Objectives: Testicular cancer is the most common tumor in men aged 15-35 years. It constitutes 1-2% of cancers seen in men and 5% of urological cancers. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the testicular cancer cases followed in our center. Methods: In our study, 71 patients who had orchiectomy and histopathologically diagnosed with testicular cancer, were analyzed retrospectively based on the archive information of Medical Oncology Department. Results: The mean age of the cases was 31.6 years (range 18-65). 35 (49.3%) of the cases were found to be pure semino- ma, while 36 (50.7%) were found to be non-seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCTs). Most of the cases (47 cases-67%) had limited disease at diagnosis, while the number of locally advanced cases was 15 (21.3%); the number of metastatic cases at diagnosis was 9 (12.7%). Death occurred in 4 of 71 testicular cancer cases. Conclusion: Consistent with the literature, the most common seminoma and mixed germ cell tumors were found. In our cases, 67% localized disease, 21.3% regional involvement and 12.7% distant metastases were similar to the litera- ture. Median overall survival and disease-free survival data could not be calculated statistically in our cases.
