Dahiliye Uzmanı Muzaffer Hacıhasanoğlu’nun Öykülerinde Tıp, Hekimlik ve Meslek Ahlakı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, dahiliye uzmanı Muzaffer Hacıhasanoğlu’nunöykülerindeki tıp, hekimlik ve meslek ahlakı konuları ele alınmıştır. Yayınlanmış beş öykü kitabındaki öyküler, yazarın hekim kimliği ve bu kimliğin öykülerine yansımaları üzerinden yorumlanmıştır. Yazarın hayatından kısa bir özetle başlayan metin, eserlerin tümünü kapsayan genel bir yorum ve ardından tıp, sağlık ve hekimlik konularını içeren öyküler hakkında yapılan değerlendirmeyle devam etmektedir. Toplamda 59 öykü ele alınmış, bunlardan sekiz öykü esastan, 11 öykü ise içeriğindeki kimi unsurlar üzerinden yorumlanmıştır. Hacıhasanoğlu’nun öykülerinde etkili gözlem yeteneğinden kaynaklı gerçekçi tasvirler, güçlü bir anlatım ve halkın sorunlarına duyarlılık göze çarpmaktadır. Öykülerde genel olarak ölüm, umutsuzluk ve yoksulluk temaları baskındır. Öykülerde tıp etiğiyle ilgili konular, doğrudan ve açıkça ele alınmamakta ancak ilgili öykülerde anlatının geneli içinde babacıl yaklaşım (patenalizm), hasta mahremiyeti, hastaya gerçeğin söylenmesi ve hekim-hasta arasındaki güven ilişkisi konuları işlenmektedir.

In this study, the issues of medicine, medical profession and professional ethics were discussed in the context of the stories by internal medicine specialist Muzaffer Hacıhasanoğlu. The stories in the five published story books were interpreted through the author's identity as a physician and its reflections on the stories. The text, which starts with a short summary of the author's life, continues with a general commentary covering all of the stories, and then an evaluation of the stories about medicine, health and medical profession. A total of 59 stories were handled, out of which eight stories were interpreted based on the essence, and 11 stories were interpreted through some elements of their ERBAY / Dahiliye Uzmanı Muzaffer Hacıhasanoğlu’nun Öykülerinde Tıp, Hekimlik ve Meslek Ahlakı Homeros, Cilt / Volume: 4, Sayı / Issue:1, 2021 2 content. In Hacıhasanoğlu's stories, realistic descriptions stemming from his ability to observe effective, a strong expression and sensitivity to the problems of the public stand out. The themes of death, despair and poverty are dominant in the stories. Issues related to medical ethics are not addressed directly and explicitly in the stories, but the paternalism, patient privacy, telling truth the patient and the relationship of trust between the pysician and the patient are covered in the relevant stories
